This event is not a Stay to Play event. Team WOW will provide recommendations and negotiate group rates for accommodations closest to the event with the best amenities.

ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY

• Must be on the Official Team Roster
• Verified athlete waiver signed with their birthday

CROSSOVERS

• Unlimited within your program
  • As per ASWC "if you have more than 8 crossovers on a team, there will be no guarantee that you will have 30 minutes between performance times. 
• Between “prep” & “elite” not permitted

ON-SITE REPLACEMENTS

• Same program
• Meet division age requirement 

AGE APPROPRIATE

• Vulgar or suggestive music is unacceptable
• Age-appropriate choreography required
• Uniformity with competition attire
• Could result in disqualification

INJURIES

• At the discretion of the Event Manager
• Injured on the performance floor
  • Music stopped by a team rep or Head Judge.
  • Team will be scheduled at a later time 
  • Scoring of the second performance will begin at the point of injury. 
• Injured in warm-ups and athlete NOT able to compete
  • The Event Manager will determine a later performance time. 
• Injured in warm-ups and that athlete can compete
  • The team must perform at the original performance time.

MUSIC

Must upload music before the event weekend

INCLEMENT WEATHER
WOW Factor Sports Cheer & Dance Events will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Please use your best judgment and caution when traveling in inclement weather.  No refunds will be given.
